My dining partner and I started with the vegetable pakora before enjoying the lamb curry and chicken biryani. The portions were quite large, enough to feed four people even though there were only two of us. The pakora was a highlight—crispy and well-seasoned. Both the biryani and lamb curry were delicious as well. We arrived at 5 pm, which made for a calm and quiet meal since the restaurant was not busy.
We started our meal with the sweet pakoras, then shared the lamb curry and chicken biryani. The portions were large, easily serving four people even though there were only two of us. The pakoras were crispy and full of flavor, my favorite dish of the meal. Both the biryani and lamb curry were equally delicious. Dining at 5pm meant the restaurant was quiet, offering a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The chef at the downtown San Francisco Campton Place Hotel location has an impressive background in Indian cuisine. However, this quality doesn’t seem to extend to the East Bay branch. The food and drinks were average, and the overall experience was unremarkable. While the prices were fair, the meal didn’t leave a lasting impression.
As someone who got to experience Japanese and Indian curry and na'ans in Okinawa, and loved both, this place meets that high bar. Easy 5 stars. Great place for Nepalese and Indian food in Pinole. Place is huge, good for parties as well. Very friendly and quick service. Food was really excellent. Tried several items here, everything was really tasty. Must visit place if you are in Pinole area. Highly recommend this place.

First time here and it’s such a great hidden gem for their service and very delicious Indian food . Ck Tikka Masala with Butter Naan and Mango Lassi is a must try!! I can’t wait to go back ????
