Zunkaa, now under new ownership, boasts an exceptional chef, consistently delicious food, and reasonable prices. My go-to dishes are the Handi Goat Masala, Chicken Kolhapoori, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. I do wish they would add more meat to the goat/lamb dishes, but the flavors are irresistible. The atmosphere is cozy, with a comfortable "hole in the wall" feel that makes it perfect for enjoying a meal.
I think they are under new management. Food is terrible now. We were regulars before, and had taken a break for the past 3-4 months. We orders order normal order of butter chicken and chicken curry, garlic naan and it was horrible. We threw out the food.Butter chicken was super sweetChicken curry wasn’t flavorful at all or even spicy. I had asked for extra spicy.Naan tasted freezer burnt.So disappointing
We ordered 3 dishes: butter chicken (4/5 stars), chicken biryani (3/5), veg biryani (0/5). Chicken biryani rice was just colored without any flavour. Veg biryani had a smell like it was going bad, I had a mind to go return it but the restaurant had closed, threw it out.
The food at this restaurant was exceptional. We ordered plain Naan, but unfortunately two of them were burnt. However, the butter chicken, chicken fried rice, and daal makhni were all very delicious. The service was also excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I was looking for a proper Maharashtrian food and the team here delivered a decent tasting food. Would definitely recommend.

Such a bad biryani. Biryani is not fried and boiled onions. This was just not biryani.
