I had the pleasure of having Nick and his staff cater a double 50th wedding anniversary for my sister and I, and our husbands. I knew from the first phone call that Nick was a person I was comfortable dealing with. He made everything so easy from planning the menu to suggestions on decor. He and his staff showed up when they said they would and were friendly and professional. By the end of the party we felt like they were part of the family. Nick catered my son's graduation party. His people came a few days early to setup the tent, we had Italian themed food. There was plenty of it and it was all delicious. He grilled the steak on the grill he/his people brought and setup themselves.The staff was hardworking, helpful and constantly worked to keep things moving, and clean. I really couldn't recommend Nick enough!
For the second consecutive year, Nick and his team truly excelled! From setup to cleanup, their service was outstanding. The fresh seafood was sautéed right before our eyes, and the lamb chops, Reubens, and bruschetta were delicious! And we can't forget the ice cream and bananas Foster!
