After planning to host an event at another restaurant, I found myself needing an emergency hosting destination. I had cancelled the original event but requests to get together anyway spurred me on. Making my story short, the management and staff created an idyllic setting perfect to host my friends. When I arrived I found that they had set aside an area of their lobby just for us. They created an intimate setting for those that wanted to order food as well as drinks, and reserved seating with adjoining sofa and chairs for those wanting to simply enjoy their drinks and chat. In short notice that captured the essence of what I was trying to create…..an evening of social networking and getting...
I started with the mushroom ravioli, which was superb. The sweet potato puree soup of the day was perfect. I enjoyed a chocolate old fashioned made with Woodford rye, which was really nice. The bottle of Big Sky Sauvignon Blanc was a perfect match for my meal, especially with my Atlantic char and beet salad with salmon. The dessert was outstanding - a butter toffee pudding cake with an iced Irish coffee. The total bill came to $190, and I left a $250 tip. Chelsea was a gracious host.
Overall, a very nice dining experience. Aude was our server he was very good. Our appetizer (which we shared) arrived hot as did our entrees. We feel that the price is fair for the quality of the food. We requested a table near the window were seated promptly. I would strongly encourage reservations, particularly on the weekends.
I highly recommend the Bethlehem Hotel for anyone looking for a special dining experience or just to enjoy delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere. I recently had lunch there and it was absolutely perfect. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Tap Room is an excellent place to meet and have a meal. My food was well prepared and the view of Main St is a bonus.
