I started with the mushroom ravioli, which was superb. The sweet potato puree soup of the day was perfect. I enjoyed a chocolate old fashioned made with Woodford rye, which was really nice. The bottle of Big Sky Sauvignon Blanc was a perfect match for my meal, especially with my Atlantic char and beet salad with salmon. The dessert was outstanding - a butter toffee pudding cake with an iced Irish coffee. The total bill came to $190, and I left a $250 tip. Chelsea was a gracious host.
Overall, a very nice dining experience. Aude was our server he was very good. Our appetizer (which we shared) arrived hot as did our entrees. We feel that the price is fair for the quality of the food. We requested a table near the window were seated promptly. I would strongly encourage reservations, particularly on the weekends.
I highly recommend the Bethlehem Hotel for anyone looking for a special dining experience or just to enjoy delicious food in a beautiful atmosphere. I recently had lunch there and it was absolutely perfect.
