I visited this restaurant to buy some produce and noticed the unique taco place inside. I approached the counter to place my order at 9:28 am, only to be scolded by the manager for ordering before the official opening time of 9:30 am. It was quite embarrassing, but I nodded in understanding and apologized. This experience highlighted the poor service and lack of customer service in Mexican restaurants. It's disappointing that the manager, who should be a leader, displayed such behavior. Overall, a terrible experience that reflects poorly on the establishment.
Little confusing at first, didn't realize was a grocery store until I got there. But who ever goes, go straight to the back, you'll see the restaurant area. Let me start by saying, they have REALLY good tacos. Usually I'm a 3-4 taco person, I WAS FULLAFTER 2. Holy smokes, the amount a steak they put in their tacos, was a spacula of meat, I needed a fork to eat what fell out.They are really good too. Don't hesitate to go inside the store and find the restaurant, you won't be disappointed.
The service was poor. I placed an order for tacos over the phone with specific instructions, but when we opened the bag to eat, there were no condiments, only two spicy sauces. I called the restaurant and they offered to replace the order with two tacos. However, when I went to the store, they said they would only replace one taco or offer a drink. I decided to not accept their offer and will not be returning to the store due to the bad service. Thank you.

Usually, when you call to order, you're in a hurry, so this was frustrating. The service was poor, earning a 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere was underwhelming, rated a 2. Breakfast cost between $10-20 per person, but the food only deserved a 3.

The Taqueria is not recommended. The store is in need of a remodel as the floors are dirty. Prices are above average, and there are beggars outside greeting customers before entering. They do not accept manufacturer coupons or rebates, and the employees are unfriendly. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
The food at Taqueria La Rosita is excellent! The customer service is outstanding too. I had lunch there, and the cost per person was around $20-30. I highly recommend the steak tacos, as well as their rice and beans. The atmosphere is wonderful, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

I was very upset, I asked for an order over the phone and they told me that if I don't pay they won't prepare the order, and it's fine to pay, but I arrive for my order and it's not ready, so what's the point they want me to pay. Service: 1

I'm from California, and I can confidently say this is the best spot for tacos and authentic Mexican cuisine. It brings to mind El Gallo Giro in Huntington Park, CA. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5 stars.
Love this place! Great food good prices. Very delicious filling. Tacos are filled with meat! Best places for tacos I’ve been to!!
