When I use the word exceptional, I really mean it. I’m Indian and my parents had an Indian restaurant so I feel comfortable as an experienced reviewer here. This is the best Indian restaurant in Florida except maybe Bombay Darbar in coconut grove… but I think this place might be better. The service is friendly and relatively fast even though they are cranking out massive numbers of to-go orders at the same time. This place is an amazing hidden gem with the friendliest servers around! Every dish we tried tasted freshly prepared and was absolutely delicious. We started with the onion bhaji and lamb kebabs, which were fantastic! The chai was spot on, and the lamb korma was incredible! To top it all off, the mango lassi was the perfect ending to our wonderful meal. You really can’t go wrong dining here!
I've come to Taste of Punjab consistently for 2 years. The food is absolutely amazing. I would say the best Indian food around the Tampa/St Petersburg area. The service is also great. Very welcoming and personable. Thank you for quality service and food. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the US.

This is the best Indian food in st Pete! So delicious, great portions, and good spice levels. I got medium it was the perfect amount of spice.
We arrived at 8:35, but they informed us that they were closing at 9 PM and couldn’t serve us. It was quite disappointing.
I had the lamb Rogan Josh with garlic naan and it was absolutely delicious. I’m definitely coming here again.
