As a regular patron of the Ponce City location of this restaurant, I have always appreciated their impeccable selection of wines. I’ve been in the United States for four years and in Atlanta for two. Before meeting Jia, I almost exclusively enjoyed wine at home. However, Jia's is one of the few restaurants where I fully trust them to choose both my wine and food. Especially the manager, Jack—he makes me feel like he spends every day soaking in a wine barrel. He never fails to surprise me. I am so disappointed after being excited to finally coming in to get some take out for a late dinner. I ordered a Beef dish and fried rice. It was the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. The beef and few veggies were sp salty I could recognize any other flavors because it was drenched in salt. Even the meat tasted more like it salt and as if it were packed in salt. Even the crunchy coating on it was salty. The fried race wasn't flavorful, either. I am so disappointed.
Please be aware that this restaurant is trying to fool customers. They told us it was just special sauce when the food was definitely NOT FRESH. The chef is the owner, so there’s nowhere to complain about the food. He and his manager were both aggressive toward us when we tried to provide feedback. (By the way, the manager was ridiculously rude. I think she’s a relative of the owner, and basically, no matter how she acts, she won’t be fired.
This is an authentic Chinese restaurant. I had a duck stir fry with a tofu appetizer that had Chinese peppercorns. It was delicious, servers were kind, and there was no waiting on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely going back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went here for the first time with some friends and wow, what an amazing, delicious and authentic meal. Sichuan Chinese at its best OTP. You HAVE to visit this place if you're dedicated to authentic food.
Omg!!! The vibe and the food was AMAZING!!! My fiancé and I had the Lamb and house lo mein and it was fantastic!!! We was attending lit live karaoke!!! WE HAD A TIME!!!
