This Japanese restaurant is amazing. The marinade for the yakitori, especially the Mushrooms and Eggplant, is heavenly and only $6 each! The Eggplant was incredibly soft. The ramen was also fantastic, although I wish there was a bit more chicken in it. Despite that, the food came out very quickly. The language barrier was a bit challenging and the restaurant is small, with the kitchen basically in the dining area. The dirty couch right by the door was a bit off-putting.
We were looking for a Japanese noodle shop and happened upon this charmer. Could be great as a casual or more upscale destination. The food was fresh, tasty and they offered a good selection. The waiter was a little unsure of some of the descriptions of the food in English, but he got answers for us and made our ordering easy. We shared teriyaki chicken, edamame, chicken skewers along with our noodle bowls. The prices were very reasonable.
Love this place so much! I don't live nearby but try to go every few weeks. The ramen is amazing! Love the katsu curry (quite big portion) and my other favourite is the tofu steak with salad. The staff is very attentive, super friendly and helpful. Definitively a Subiaco favourite!!
Used to come here quite often and I feel like portion sizes have gotten smaller. This time I ordered the soy based ramen with pork (for a change). I do enjoy how the broth taste is lighter and not as heavy as the tonkotsu base which I usually get. Good place for a simple meal Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The ramen at this restaurant is amazing!! I highly recommend it. The service is very quick and the staff are extremely friendly. The location is nice, just a short walk from the busy Subiaco strip, so it's easy to find parking nearby on a Saturday night.
I go here all the time for the yummy Japanese food. Best dishes include sashimi, eggplant, edamame, teriyaki salmon and renkon chips. Great, inexpensive food. Try it out. Lovely wine and beer available too.
For lunch today I had the $13 Ramen Noodles with spicy pork tonkotsu As usual the Ramen were fresh and the soup was full of strong balanced flavours.
So far the best ramen in town. Felt like eating at Tokyo! The staff are super friendly too. Space is a a bit too small but have the cosy feel. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered the tonkatsu ramen aud17 which came with two pieces of karaage chicken and three pork gyoza.
