I went yesterday at 4pm because I remember it was one of my favorite places to eat from union city but I moved to North Bergen so this review is for the place in North Bergen at 73rd Street and not the one in Union city. I hated the customer service, the two women at the front gave me the worst customer service ever. They were talking with each other, I asked questions and the woman said look at the menu there instead of answering nicely. Then I had to wait for more than 30mns even though I only order one dish, I asked the younger lady about the food and she just looked at me all bored and uninterested. It's pretty bold to ask for an 18% tip on a pick-up order, only to brush you off when your order is wrong or missing items. When I finally got home, the sushi was warm and had a foul smell, so I ended up tossing it in the trash. Just as a heads up, good sushi shouldn’t have an unpleasant odor, and this certainly did. I couldn't risk food poisoning, so I threw away my $27, which included a tip for invisible soup and missing condiments and utensils. I suppose that's better than a hospital visit that could cost me thousands.

This was the worst sushi I've ever encountered. The rice was clumpy and didn’t hold together at all, and the rolls were poorly made. My chopsticks almost touched the sushi before it fell apart completely! It was a complete disaster, and I regret not taking a picture to show how unimpressive it was. I strongly suggest that your chefs take some sushi-making lessons. I've noticed similar comments on Grubhub mentioning that it feels like a sushi restaurant that doesn't really know how to make sushi.
1st) of all this place b become overprice, 2nd) I almost choke with shrimp tail on my sushi3rd) I bought 40 dollars and they just give me soy sauce, when I ask for other sauce they charge me for the sauce I will never come back here there are better places more economy, better service and more tasty!

The chicken was all dry with no separate flavor or sauce, they had to order through Uber, it is the worst experience you can have in that teriyaki restaurant, two plates of food, two drinks for more than 60 dollars and having to throw it away.
It’s just not the same anymore—not even the white sauce. Everything tastes so different. The teriyaki chicken is ruined, and the rice tastes like it’s days old.
