this restaurant is ideally located, on the grass square. the local side is indeed present on the map but you still feel behind the big commercial machine. the service is pretty nice (servers more than the bosses) but when you have the opportunity to go to the toilet in the cellar and read all the instructions posted to the employees' attention, you realize that sympathy has a commercial purpose (a satisfied customer stays longer and will return.' well seen!). this very well-located restaurant offers a map rich in local products, including some homemade. There are some for all tastes: tapas, greedy plates (carpaccio, steak tartare.,) grilled tarts, at reasonable prices (count between 15 and 20€ per person, drink included.) we spring shaved, just what it takes!
meal taken on the terrace in the evening. warm welcome. quickly served, we enjoyed this local cuisine. Copious and succulent plates. Bull's carpaccio tapas, hot dandelion... exquisite wine and we take her bottle if she's not finished. I highly recommend. prices very correct. Holiday checks accepted.
The rather correct meal was ruined by an endless waiting from beginning to end! 20 minutes after having the dessert card, we come to take our order, served in two times (my dessert, a gourmet coffee, is served 20 minutes after)!

I ate for the first time a Provencal tartare and frankly it is super good.The tapas are also of qualities and rather roborative what is quite rare. The grass square frame has fallen.
