this was a really good caffe, where you could sit down and relax after shopping. Unfortunately, it is now quite terrible, especially because of the totally apathian manager mary, which was also mentioned in another review. my youngest visit, which I have served from her, and in a robot-like way she asked what I wanted, pull me down, no eye contact. I ordered a sausage toastia, but was not asked if I wanted white or brown bread, or if I wanted something else. then she asked without moving her lips when I want a drink. she returned my bank card, held a table number, but nothing else was said to me. no interaction. there was no number on her table and someone will bring her order, or enjoy her...
I eat here a lot, almost exclusively breakfast. The food is pre-prepared, like they run out of poached egg, but you can have a fried egg instead?? Lots of places are like this these days, sadly. The ladies here though make up for it. They...are a variety of ages and personalities, but all are cheerful, kindly and give very good service within the restrictions often placed on them. Well worth a visit as long as you don’t add to the standard menu, if you do, one egg or one slice of bacon is each, which does nothing for the Tesco Brand.
Come this place a lot to be honest for breakfast. Staff are always on the ball, very quick with service and the seating is excellent. Great value for money and the quality and quantity of products on your plate is more than adequate. I would...give this place a if the sausages and hash browns were of a better standard.

Terrible breakfast all the food was precooked except for the egg, presentation was none existent. The size of this establishment with all the staff they have they should be presenting food at its best . Very disappointing
what can I say that I went to breakfast the only thing that was fresh was the egg that it was freezing and disgusted the manager mary was not much help she did not seem to care, so left it and went out
Avoid avoid the car park is the worst ever and lots of violence there I've stopped shopping at that one and now use st Helens near raven head it's worth the travel.
eat very bad quality and not properly cooked. I had to send it back. also from some ingredients, but it cannot go back from massive Tesco shop that it is part of.

Good menu for breakfast or lunch or just a quick staff or perhaps just a coffee. Staff very helpful and service was quick and efficient
