I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The front desk employee was extremely disrespectful, making racist remarks about me and my country. He even called me "dumb" and insulted my wife. This incident occurred on May 3, 2024 (Friday) between 9:15 PM and 10:04 PM. I have visited other locations of this chain without any issues, but this was my only negative encounter. I took a photo last April when he was arguing with another customer, and I noticed that others have also complained about him on this page. I'm not sure if management plans to address this situation, but I won't be returning to this location.
I really enjoy visiting this place at various times throughout the day; it's one of my favorite spots for a quick meal. The chicken is incredibly tasty! I especially like coming during the night shift since it's always so relaxed, and the staff are really friendly.
This guy don t want to work..he so disrespectful to the costumers..I request him something that i did not able to add online..i ask him i can pay for it..add ketchup on my order while making…this guy refused to do and also being rude..

The guy working the night shift was really nice to me and my friends. He was very friendly and even gave us some extra wings. We'll definitely be coming back!
If you love spicy food, then you need to try their spicy fried chickens and sandwiches.... every time I go to Queens, it's one of my stops.
Food was hot and delicious. The inside of the establishment was very dirty. Crumbs and spills on every table, seat and floor.
