I visited this location on Mother's Day. It was fairly busy but that is to be expected and I didn't have a problem with the wait time. The only problem I ran into was toward the end of my visit. I was using the ziosk to pay for my meal and I was looking at the itemized list just to make sure everything was correct before paying. A Roadhouse employee who I had not interacted with the entire night came up to me and asked if there was a problem with the bill. I do not know what her name is, if she was some type of manager, or why she was talking to me because she never introduced herself. I told her I noticed that I had been charged for two 3.99 shrimp smothers when I had ordered the 8 oz sirlo...
I have moved in this area and this was my 3rd time eating at this location and I must say I am beyond disappointed! I told my husband let’s give it another chance well no more. We have tried it for Lunch and dinner 2 times on different days and times and yes, all 3 times were not very good. Tonight the steak was a little over cooked, dry and most of all absolutely no flavor/seasoning. If a steak is cooked correctly for me at least; I would not need to use A-1 sauce. There are a few ways Texas Roadhouse has improved, but the food quality dropped badly. Our waitress was attentive, courteous, performed a proper up-sale, and cheerfully served us. I asked for rare, got medium. That's not her fault and normally not a deal breaker. The steak was just bad. The quality of the steak was not there. It was not seasoned well and the edges were heavily seared. I was brought a potato slathered in butter though. (Have I mentioned that the waitress was awesome?
Service was weak, had to ask for refills,she brought dinner salad before appetizer. Food was fair at best. Steaks were very dry like they sat under the heat lamp too long. The fried pickles were soggy and not very tasty. And the onion bloom was doughy like not fried long enough. Atmosphere was just very loud. Couldn't even talk across table. Not a great experience. And for the money spent I could name several other steak houses that were better.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here tonight and was very happy with service. Was great! For as busy as they were, we were seated fairly quickly, we didn’t have a long wait for food, it was very tasty, Hannah our waitress was so great!! She was very nice and attentive, 10/10 will come back to see her, absolutely loved her energy all around she definitely deserves a raise. Thanks you so much!
Went out for dinner on a Tuesday night, we had an absolutely excellent waitress named Vivian who was just the right amount of engaging with the table, very friendly and on top of our needs. The table ordered two steaks and a salmon fillet and the food was all fantastic! We had an awesome evening, highly recommend
This was my first time at this Texas Roadhouse and the service from Kristy, was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly!! I had ordered the 8oz sirloin with the grilled shrimps and I could only eat a piece of my sirloin my eyes were bigger than my mouth!! KRISTY GREAT JOB!!
Our server Hannah was the best server we have had at any Texas Roadhouse ever. She was so sweet and so quick with refills or extra bread. She felt my boyfriend and I very welcomed, almost like we’ve known her for years! She’s the best server we’ve ever had! Thanks Hannah:

Taking my parents here for the first time dine out with them, the foods are delicious tho it’s busy cuz St Patrick’s Day. Especially, our waiter is so cuteee *iwanthisnumber*
The food here was so delicious! I love how we can keep ordering the rolls. They're 100% the best part of the experience!
