However, when I cut into it, my first slice was nothing but fat. I moved to the center for a bite of the nice pink meat, but I was let down. While the steak was tender, it was completely devoid of flavor. I tried several more pieces, but they all yielded the same disappointing result: a tender steak that lacked taste. The French fries were also a letdown, being soggy and lacking crispness.
On a brighter note, the beer was excellent—ice cold, fresh, and full of flavor. I thought about giving the meal two stars since the salad and beer were good, but in the end, I couldn't overlook the poor quality of the steak. I won't be returning for another meal.
I've visited several Texas Roadhouse locations, but based on this experience, it will probably be my last. The service was quite poor; we had to go to the bar ourselves to inquire about our appetizer, as well as to ask for utensils and napkins. We even had to request bread for the table. The pulled pork sandwich was disappointing—it seemed like they forgot to shred the pork and simply served a large, dry piece of meat. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it came from a box—very bland and lacking in flavor. The steak was fatty, and the sides were served cold. Overall, it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory dining experience.
I recently had dinner at Texas Roadhouse with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. I ordered the early bird special, featuring country fried chicken with white gravy, while my wife opted for the same dish. Another family member chose the sirloin, which was cooked perfectly. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. This is definitely my favorite restaurant!
Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Only problem is it's freezing in the summer time. To the point that you want to leave before your food is served. Bring my young children who complain how cold they are. The food is good but gets cold quickly.

Tasty food. Recommend for your brithday . It's fun and just image you're going to eat a a restaurant you have a kind waiter and you're responsible for making sure if you like Thai food it's amazing also I love this restaurant
The food was great. Service on the other hand left much to be desired. Had to return my steak since it wasn't cooked as ordered. Didn't get it back until everyone else was finished
