Texas Roadhouse is one of our go to favorite restaurants. This Texas Roadhouse was slightly disappointing. Our server was fine, although she forgot to order our appetizer and brought it toward the end of our meal. I will tell you to skip the shrimpappetizer. Tasted fine but six small shrimp wasn't worth the cost. They made us wait 20 minutes for a table on a Sunday night. I am pretty sure the hostess took people who arrived after we did. As we walked back to our table, I counted 10 open tables. You can't tell me it was a shortage of staff, as they had enough time to stand in kitchen area talking to each other. We got the Cactus Flower (blooming onion), kids chicken finger meal, ribeye steak with loaded baked potato, and country style pork. We were guided to our seats and immediately served with rolls and cinnamon butter, that was delicious. The cactus flower was fried very well and yummy! The steak was very good and the country style pork was just ok. My daughter loved her chicken fingers. Our server Maddin was welcoming and was very nice. Our food got served in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!
The food was delicious. The prices were great. The service seemed to take longer than I'd have thought. But, giving our server Chris the benefit of the doubt. It was very busy for a Thursday night. The other thing that was unusual was we called in and asked if there was a wait time. The person on the phone told us no wait time. But, we drove over within a couple of minutes and had to wait 7-10 minutes. Overall, still a great place with good food. Recommend it and I will dine there again.
We went to Texas Roadhouse last night for Thanksgiving Eve. It was fairly crowded but they got us seated quickly. No more peanuts while waiting. Service was friendly. Only problem was our drinks sat empty mostly. Our server was just busy. The food was warm and tasty. This restaurant is always busy which sometimes takes away from some of the attention you would receive if you went to a nice steakhouse. Also the noise level is quite loud. I love to get here whenever I'm in Idaho They have great food and great steaks never been disappointed. Last time I went though there was a run in situation where one of the steaks that was ordered by somebody I was with, was very well done but he asked for medium rare. The Staff though offered to recook the steak for him and the second time they cooked it was perfect. Great place for family and friends!

I went to my Bachelorette for dinner and they were AMAZING! Haven was our server and she was the sweetest and best server I ever had! She made a little Just Married sign and put it on the saddle so I can sit up. Benton was also amazing and came and spoke and joked with us! The whole staff was super friendly and coveted me. It was the best experience I ever had in Texas Roadhouse!!!
Texas Roadhouse has never been a disappointment to my husband and I. We are always so impressed by the good attitudes of the employees and the amazing food they serve. Tonight was just as good. Great service, prompt food delivery, cooked at the right temp, did I mention the service was great. I drank a lot of sweet tea and our waitress was very attentative to our needs my drink never got below 1/2 full before she brought out another refill. We were seated in less than 5 min. The service is consistently 5 stars in the 10x I've been to that location.
