TGI in Walsall has a great atmosphere and the decor is similar to American restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the service is fast and efficient. Vegan menu options are delicious and the burger was very realistic. Staff were attentive to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. Only the disadvantage is that near Wetherspoons offer a similar vegan burger for half price.

Really delicious vegan burgers and garlic chips, although expensive in relation to other 'pub chains'. Staff very friendly. Bizarre, would not serve the vegan nachos. There was no nacho cheese available, which meant that they would not use any nachos at all, including vegans! Also, although it is encouraged to not make the milkshakes dairy, the restaurant has no vegetable milk.

We visited this restaurant on Christmas Eve for a meal, and it was a delightful experience. The service was prompt and courteous. Matt did an excellent job in ensuring that our evening was enjoyable.
