TGI FRIDAYS - Brighton

I booked a table on line and when we arrived they had no record of my booking even though I had a confirmation email. They managed to squeeze us in and I mean squeeze. They were very slow with our drinks orders and we had to ask more than once. We ordered starters and after 40 minutes the started came out they got one of the orders wrong. Then our mains came out and one of the mains was also wrong. No one ever asked us if anyone wanted more drinks and we had to wait for ages when we asked for the bill.

I booked over an open table and when I arrived on Saturday 30 november at 1830 to tgi fridays they said I had not made a booking and we had to wait on the bar until a table was available. that was about half an hour with my two children. unacceptable if I were pre-booked. if I was a walk, I would understand. not happy as we like to. the children love it

host overwhelmed by several parties. waited 20 minutes to sit in a mildly revitalized restaurant. no cute at the table. no suitable dishes made with our appetizer. order not made correct. it was an inconvenience of the staff

sa in the bar that was good. the personal is not familiar with open table. asked several times to make sure that they knew that I would reserve over an open table.

had kept and was said we had to wait 20 minutes, although the restaurant was half empty. eating was at best mediocre.
