WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We walk in there, the place is a mess. The menus are flopped around the host table, straw wrappers are on the ground, and there’s dried up soda on the floor from the beginning of the restaurant all the way to our table. It took FIVE FULL MINUTES for the host (who wasn’t at the host table) to notice we have been waiting and to give us a table. After that 20 minutes has passed and no waitoe or waitress came up to us to greet us or offer us drinks. We honestly got up and walked it. IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. Never go to this TGIF location!
The restaurant was short-staffed. Despite not being busy and having many empty tables, it took 45 minutes for our drinks and over an hour for our food to arrive. The staff was friendly but seemed unaware of our long wait. It was only after I got the manager's attention that our food finally came out. The manager, who was also working behind the bar, apologized for the delay. I believe with a more robust staff, this dining experience could have been much better.
We had to wait 30 minutes for a waitress to come to our table, and that was only because I had to go and find a manager. It seemed like they had forgotten about us and never informed the server. By the time our food arrived, we were extremely hungry. The manager and host seemed more interested in getting the television working than in attending to us. However, at least my steak was good. I will opt for take-out next time and avoid the poor service.

Drinks took 20 minutes to come out and the food 25 minutes later after that. The salmon was overcooked and the burger tasted like school food. We had to request silverware for the table after the long wait. Spoke to the manager who appropriately removed the food from the bill. Hopefully he will be able to address this soon otherwise this restaurant will surely be closing soon.
Fun evening with friends, but service was seriously off. Waiter seemed inexperienced. One of our party waited 1 hour for a glass of water. Every thing else was slow and a bit disorganized, but overall ok. I was disappointed since this location is usually great!
Hostess didn’t check me in for my Open Table reservation so I didn’t get my points. She looked like a zombie. No smile and needs a class in customer service.
