Dined here on December 9th around 5pm. What a disaster! This restaurant was so overrun by customers, though not nearly full. This location is extremely minimally/understaffed! Those poor employees, both in the bar and main restaurant were working their behinds off! Whoever is in charge of staffing this location needs a serious reality check! This is such a busy location, being right outside the park. I felt so bad for all of the employees! The food itself was on par for the chain restaurant, but the service was lacking, and honestly I couldn’t be upset. It wasn’t the server’s fault.
When we arrived, they informed us that the restaurant was closed. I mentioned that I had made a reservation and that both the website and Google maps indicated they were open until 11pm. They explained that they follow the park's hours and stay open for an additional hour after the park closes. Unfortunately, they refused to honor the reservation. It would have been considerate for them to call and notify me rather than causing me to waste my time and gas.
This place is quite disappointing. If you're visiting Knott's for the day, you're better off eating good food inside the park (possibly even cheaper). The hot food was cold, the cold food was dull and unappetizing. The beer was flat, and the service was unwelcoming. I will not be coming back.
We had a party then of 7. The waitress made an error and did not record a food order for one of my daughters. So, we had only six meals served instead of 7. Three of us got the same meal, the French Dip sandwich. The meat was refrigerator cold. Other than that, awesome time.

Made a reservation and was seated quickly upon arrival. Trouble was the waitress was assigned to two areas. She was working really hard but it was clear they were understaffed. We were trying to make a timed event and ran late for our engagement because it took so long.
The food was not good, the drinks were's that great either and super expensive, the only positive thing was the server (who I believe was also the bar tender because when we went only the bar area was open)
Very crowded,. Loud music BUT Food was good and served was very friendly. Its bit pricey though. I would come back sometimes.
Food came out horrible and the 2nd dish came out burnt!

The bathrooms were filthy and the staff was impolite.
Food never showed up... an hour or so later we left!!
