We were seated right away but waited 20 mins and no server came by. The booth we were in had a cold breeze so I requested to move to a different table. There were plenty of empty tables so there’s no problem getting another table. We waited another 10 mins or so before a server came to take our beverage order. At that point, I had to ask him for the special menu which was not included in the regular menu. After that, the service was good and we had no other issues. The half hour wait before a server come by to take our order was just unacceptable especially the restaurant was not busy. The food and value were excellent and the service after the initial wait was good.
this really disgusting place will come inspection? I'm really not sure about the hygiene in this place it's the most terrible thing about restaurants in New York they brought me the wrong order and they charged me for it I'm super upset the people who work there are very irresponsible maybe they don't get paid what it is for that they do their job their way the food terrible I don’t think if really good. Spend money here
There was a time where I would drive by a T.G.I. Fridays and my mouth would start watering. Not here! I should have seriously read the reviews on this place before I went in. Beer had a funky taste like the glasses were unclean or taps dirty. My sampler was overpriced and horrible. I tried a shrimp and it was uneatable. I ate the ribs only because they were the least burned/overcooked thing on my plate. Never again.
Came here to have a quick bite. My husband and I were seated to the far back of the restaurant at a booth on the left hand side. I began to look at the menu and I see a roach crawl out from under the table. I got so grossed out, we walked right out. Here’s a picture of proof. This happend on 1/8/22. As I walked out I told the host why we’re leaving and she didn’t seem surprised or shocked at all. BEWARE!

Good food, nice atmosphere. We were looking for TGI Fridays, but the big signs changed to just Fridays, so it threw us off at first. I suspect that once again, everyone 's scared to use the word God . Service was great, not too busy for lunch time. Host/busboy was a little off, even going so far as telling us he was drinking all night and a little hungover. But he still did a great job. Service: Dine in
Service was terrible. We wanted to order dessert and instead our waiter came back with the check. I had a coupon for our meal the waiter took it and disappeared for a half hour totally forgot about us. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Maybe that’s why this TGI FRIDAYS was close to empty on a Saturday night. Not our first experience with lousy service here
Was seated immediately. We order the 2 for $29. Rack of ribs and Cajun chicken with shrimp. Ribs were tender and tasty. The same for the shrimp and chicken. It came with 2 appetizers. Ordered the pot stickers and loaded fries. They were good. My son had the all you can eat appetizers. He enjoyed it.
Ordered some of the Whiskey-Glazed Tenders Curbside, paid $16.50. To receive half a small container of burnt popcorn crisps with only three edible piecesno meat just burnt crisps! Total rip-off! Definitely don’t order from this location!

Everything sucked very bad. No other way to say it. I however was fortunate to have one garlic parmesan wing and that is the ONLY reason this restaurant gets 3 stars
Fridays is a great deal on Tuesdays for $5 burgers. The bartender was good and the waiting staff was excellent.
