First of all that make a reservation that they have online IS False! They don't honor the reservations online, Is false advertisement. If they don't do reservations why does it allow you to do it. Thinking I had a reservation I got there on time and they tell me they don't honor reservations and I have to wait 45mins. for a table. As I look around the restaurant there are like 25 tables empty and a lot of people waiting, I ask why are there so many tables they say because we only have 2 waitress. so they have half the restaurant close and only 2 waitress i the floor. When I received my good it was cold.. and this seems to happen every time I visit this location.. The waitress never asked how’s everything, is there anything else I can help you with not did she offer napkins. My son asked her for the steak sauce she said okay and walked off as if she was going to get it so we waited 2-5 minutes and I looked back to only see that waitress having a personal conversation with one of her colleagues, so I told my son to go and get the sauce and then she handed him the sauce.. The silverware was dirty and had food on one of the knives smh.
I had expected the restaurant to have a table ready for six people, but unfortunately this was not the case. The table was not ready and our reservation was not in the system according to the young lady who welcomed my family and me. She informed us that the wait time for a table would be 5 to 10 minutes, but we ended up waiting for thirty minutes. The restaurant was not even full when we arrived, so I was disappointed that our table was not prepared and our reservation was not in the system.
I got to the restaurant expecting to have a table ready for six, unfortunately that was not the case. The table was not ready the reservation was not in the system according to the young lady that greeted my family and I. She let me know the wait time for a table would be 5 to 10 minutes. Horrible service hostess never greeted us to seat us (and restaurant wasn’t busy at all) .. when we finally got a table, waitress took over 15 minutes to take our drink order .. we waited another 15 minutes and our drinks water and soda never came ... we walked out ... staff doesn’t care at all about service ... wouldn’t return

I had to go inside to get our menus, the waitress was taking an extremely long time at the next table and did not aknowlegde us even after 16 minutes, so i went inside to get menus to start our selection. Danisha came out to help and did a wonderful job and received 25% tip.... Thank You Danisha.

I had to go inside to get our menus, the waitress took an extremely long time at the next table and did not recognize us after 16 minutes, so I went in to get menus to start our selection. Danish came out to help and did a wonderful work and received 25% top. thanks, Danish.
