Even with the reservations, we were unable to get a table because according to the manager, the kitchen was too backed up . The entire right side of the restaurant was closed off. In the 5 minutes we were there waiting for an explanation, they turned away over 20 customers and more were parking as we left. I asked her to notify Open Table and also put a notice on their website so people stop wasting their time driving all the way there only to find out they were understaffed and not seating anyone.
I used to frequent this TGI Fridays and enjoyed it, but my most recent visit was disappointing. My wife and I went on a Wednesday at 6:30 pm and the restaurant was mostly empty, which should have been a red flag. The service was poor, even though the place wasn't busy. My mojito was awful, my steak was bland, and the brussels sprouts were not as described on the menu and tasted terrible. Overall, the experience was subpar and I won't be returning to this TGI Fridays.
Sechs von uns gingen nach einer Show zu einem leichten Abendessen. Wir teilten Vorspeisen, die alle super waren! Mein Bruder hatte einen Salat (Rucola, rote und gelbe Rüben, Pistazien und Crème Fraiche), den er für den besten erklärte, den er jemals gegessen hatte. Sehr angenehmes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das einzige, was fehlte, war ein Glas Wein und ein paar Biere ... es ist BYO, was wir nicht realisiert haben.
Started at bar where was told cant make drink li ice tea as i don't have liquor. Food was horrible we ordered burgers well done and they came out half raw. How do you serve a rate burger when specifically told hockey puck well done? Don't recommend this place at all.

First time at the Parsippany NJ location
Our company just moved into Parsippany and we don't know any restaurants in the area therefore it was comforting
There service was down so I could not get my points. I asked for well done burger it came back rare and the server was rude
The location of this restaurant is really up high on a hill. It was empty on Saturday night.
Stopped here after work because wasn't in the mood to sit in rush hour traffic.
