They never seem to get things quite right but they still serve a purpose. We booked a reservation on Open Table which is a really great option for a chain restaurant to have, I was surprised that Friday 's was on Open Table. What was ironic was that the hostess was not only not aware of our reservation but had never heard of Open Table. She was clearly not aware of our reservation. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Thea und haben unseren Sohn und seine Frau mitgenommen. Sie bestellten die Arancini, da sie aus der Toskana stammt, und trotz ihrer hohen Messlatte waren sie begeistert. Meine Frau hatte die Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Sohn hatte das Kalbfleisch Milanese bestellt, aber das letzte verpasst, also entschied er sich für das Huhn Milanese und gab ihm gute Noten. Wir teilten uns einen Orangen-Käsekuchen und Kaffee, die alle großzügig und sehr schmackhaft waren. Thea ist ein BYOB, bringen Sie also unbedingt ein oder zwei Flaschen mit! Wir haben verschiedene Vorspeisen und Salate gemacht, anstatt Vorspeisen zu machen. Wir begannen mit dem Brie-Beeren-Salat und dem Fladenbrot du Jour, einem Gemüsefladenbrot. Beide waren ausgezeichnet! Wir bekamen dann den Rüben-Rucola-Salat, die Trüffel-Parmesan-Pommes und die verschiedenen Crustini. Diese waren auch ausgezeichnet, auf jeden Fall die Parmesan Trüffel Pommes bekommen !!! Wir haben beide den Rübensalat dem Brie-Salat vorgezogen. Wir haben dann die Brie Brûlée als Dessert bekommen. Absolut erstaunlich! Ein Muss!!!
My friends food went wrong twice and their diet coke came from regular coke. The place was empty and the manager did not come by until the end of our visit. The hostess worked out her butt, I made sure she knows I noticed. Our waitress was fine, but not as much as the hostess. My food was good, but the overall experience was just okay.

Dies war unser erstes Mal bei Thea, aber es wird nicht unser letztes sein! Alles vom Essen bis zum Service war erstklassig. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich liebe es, dass es ein BYOB ist. Der Rucola-Rüben-Salat war unglaublich und unsere Vorspeisen waren ebenso beeindruckend.
We constantly have a problem, credit for using open table. The staff has no knowledge of the open table program and how it can be used. Manager must jump through Hoops for Diners to get credit. It is very frustrating
I put an online reservation when I came to the restaurant, it was closed. My son and I were very disappointed
