Stay booked via weekendesk, which I think has an impact on the rooms since we were on the ground floor and therefore very cold and very humid room, white tiles on the floor so not cocooning, a shame when you come as a couple for a romantic stay . Bathroom also cold and dated. High value for money. But the rooms on the first floor are visibly carpeted so you might expect them to be warmer. The thalassotherapy area is also a little old, but pleasant, it's a shame that there aren't different kinds of tea available and in the relaxation room area. A first thalasso at thalacap. Very disappointed. Old buildings. During the hydromassage bath, we are faced with the ceiling full of mold. During massage under rainwater wear coat with mushrooms. Lack of music and ambient lighting. The care was carried out by men, without having informed me beforehand, that bothered me. Lack of privacy to get dressed. Terrible tea with lots of deposit. Mixed changing room. Shower not hot. The most toned and hat provided.
A very nice weekend spent in this establishment. The team is very pleasant, always welcoming with a smile in the restaurant and of course in the treatment area.
