Really disappointed. Ordered online at 6.30pm. Delivery scheduled for 7.15pm. Called at 7.45 asking for an update. Female who answered said food was out for delivery with 1 other order. Called back again at 8pm. Same person answered, still no apology. I asked to speak to the manager. As I was waiting the food turned up. I kept waiting to speak to the manager. They hung up on me at 8.10pm. £50 worth of lukewarm, pretty tasteless food and a double dose of rudeness. Do yourself a favour and order from Moksha or Roz Ana.
Friendly welcoming and accommodating staff. Decent vegan options. Only thing one of the staff had a cold sneezing and coughing/snorting phlegm sounds. Yuk!!! Why do businesses allow staff to work when unwell like this? Hope I didn't catch it. Vegetarian options: Thali was good. They didn't do the exact meal I wanted to eat but they went out of their way to make one and it was splendid. Very expensive to what I'm used to but as a treat well worth it. You'll enjoy.
