My parents brought my wife and I here for lunch.The restaurant is located just off the main strip and has a fair sized dock for those who wish to visit by boat.The building is quaint and has a cottage/boat house atmosphere. The patio looks great but wasn't open because of rainy weather. The view of Cameron Lake is amazing.Our server was friendly and attentive.Our food was delicious. I had the club sandwich with fries. My wife had the Monte Cristo sandwich with cream of celery soup. My Dad had the shrimp basket with fries and my Mom had the French onion soup. The food was served at the right temperature and tasted great. The portion sizes were generous and some of us couldn't finish everythin...
Late drive north friday night and stopped for dinner about 7pm as we were VERY hungry. It took TWO hours for food to arrive and it was OK at best. A club sandwich with fries, and a Monte Cristo sandwich with salad. There was critter crawling out of my wife's salad but after a 2 hour wait she was too hungry, too tired to complain as we would have had to find another place to eat and it was 9pm at that point. Worst part was 2 other tables of larger size parties that arrive an HOUR or more after us received their food at the same time. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant.
My wife and I had just finished a round of golf at Byrnell golf course which is also a great place,we've been here before and have always had great food,this time it was burger night for us,couldn't have made a better choice,the burger was juicy ,cooked to perfection and had fabulous flavour,my wife couldn't even finish hers ,and I was full when done mine and I'm not a lightweight by any stretch ,the staff was friendly and courteous,wait time was no more than could expected,for a busy evening,definitely going back
We came here a few months ago and the service was great. Then we went here today for mother's day breakfast and felt very rushed. Didn't get refills on coffee and it was very under staffed. I understand it was busy but you still should attend to your customers. I also had a hair in my food but didn't even bother complaining since they pretty much told us they wanted to get out As soon as possible since they needed the table we were sitting at. This is in front of the Marina and is a good spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Boat docking can be a bit confusing the first time you visit as many spots are reserved for the Marina so either dock at the end of the pier or go up close to the restaurant which can be a little tight if you have a larger boat. Good selection of food and cold beverages. On hot days it can get a little chaotic on the outdoor patio's. It it is worth a visit.
We have gone to wing night twice in the last month. What a great little gem on CAMERON lake! The wings were delicious! Lots of choices! The owner is quite personable and enthusiastic and I believe he values his patrons opinions. It is a great atmosphere and once the summer comes it will be nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view!
Beautiful view...cassual dining with a very good selection to chose from .staff very courteous............restaurant clean as well as washrooms......there was absolutely no feeling of being "rushed through your meal" We will definitely return! Had taco salad and it was yummy and filling.......recommend to others YES
Very nice patio over looks the lake. Cold beer and tasty eats. Take your time there....usually busy, and a little understaffed, but why rush anyways. Just order another round and take in the view. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the kind of restaurant where you feel comfortable and at ease, with a great view. Most of the food is quite good and generous portions, service is great.
