On the positive side, the service was outstanding. We started with the artichoke dip and arancini, both of which were delicious. Unfortunately, the meatballs were extremely over-salted, making them inedible, and the broccolini with romesco was burnt. The two pasta dishes, primavera and ravioli, were good—my father particularly enjoyed the primavera. Overall, the cuisine didn’t quite match the eclectic decor, and the food fell just short of being truly exceptional. I would definitely return for the arancini, dip, and a cocktail, though. It feels like the restaurant is experiencing a bit of an identity crisis, but I mean that in an affectionate way.
Got beef tartare for a starter and it was nothing but delicious. Then got the Mahi Mahi with Farro and it was on point. Wife got the Rigatoni and Primavera. Make sure you bring an appetite cause there brownie sundae is a must get after all is said and done.
Great food, good drinks, classy atmosphere but still casual for dining. Excellent attention in service. Peruvian chicken, steak, and bourbon drinks are excellent. Be sure to make a reservation, they can get busy.
