The Ashley offers great value for money and has been a favorite spot for me and my son over the years. However, we recently noticed that the portion sizes on the daytime fixed menu are smaller compared to the evening fixed menu, which was disappointing. Some items on the menu require an extra charge, even though they are a part of the fixed offering. The kids menu is decent, but more suitable for younger children. The service is excellent, particularly with Tracey, a new addition to the team, ensuring everything was up to standard. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming for both children and dogs, and its location near the train station...
We were staying at the adjoining Travelodge so The Ashley Park was extremely convenient. The food was good and tasty, the only slight negative was that a mistake was made by a member of staff when taking our order and our daughter received the wrong meal, however this was quickly rectified and wasn't detrimental to our visit.
The food was great, the service was amazing and they were absolutely the most accommodating business/people I've seen in awhile. Highly recommend swinging by!!!
