for the first time after I passed this place many paintings, I was super satisfied with my order. roasted asiago bagel with scalion cream cheese was delicious, in any case it will be back, but darker roasted it was just a little crispy missing. ham egg and cheese on everything was perfect, fluffy egg, just the right thick of sink easily around the edges, melted cheese. the bagel had a large crispy outer and soft interieur. I appreciated the dense of the beats on the bagel and the ratio of them.
We recently stopped by to grab some bagels, and it was a terrible experience. The bagels were stale and clearly not fresh. Instead of receiving the lunch special that was supposed to include chips, a pickle, water, and a side, we were charged extra and given none of those items. I had to ask for the chips, and the staff seemed annoyed to add them to our order. I highly do not recommend this place! I'm really disappointed that we spent $38 for such a poor meal.
This is the place where I introduced my kids to their first egg bagel. Their bagels are freshly made and absolutely delicious! The Wednesday Bagel special is a huge hit with my family! I always make sure to pick up their homemade cream cheese. They offer Boar's Head cold cuts, so all their sandwiches are packed with premium flavor and are really tasty. I only get my pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich from here!
The kitchen closed half an hour before the official closing time. The owner stated that the shop closes entirely at 2:30 PM, but both the shop door and the online hours indicate a 3:00 PM closing time. They offered only two types of bagels, and what we received were very flat bagels with hardly any cream cheese on them. Overall, it was quite overpriced for what we received. here is the order, I can have a whole bagel floor, double roasted and walk easier with the cream cheese. here we go, sir, a bagel that is not scrubbed, hardly roasted and is not a cream cheese. not to mention that they have massaged the greatest part of the order. not so hard!
Absolutely the best breakfast sandwich in the area! Thick, hot eggs and cheese with crispy bacon on a freshly made roll. I've been a regular at the Bagel Mart for years, but it's worth taking an extra 2 minutes to get a real sandwich instead of just a bagel. Highly recommend!
