They need a lot of improvement. I've been here twice on my lunch break. Both times I've ordered a sausage egg and cheddar on a wrap and it was wrong. First time they missed the cheese. Second time they put it on a roll when I paid for a wrap. And does a wrap come with sesame seeds? Also I ordered cheddar cheese looks like for a second time no cheese but was definitely charged for it. I guess that's what happens when you have 13 yr old cashiers and 17 yr old cooks. Won't be coming back. This is a simple order and they can't get it correct. I wonder how they manage large orders. I have no idea how they have such a high rating, this simple order took 25mins to make.
I have to say that there are 3 4 really good bagel shops in the area, and this is one of them... not sure which is the best, but this ranks right up there... I have only had bagels from here no sandwiches or coffee... The Bagelry is conveniently located, and has plenty of parking... staff has always been friendly helpful albeit a bit slow when it comes to being waited on (could just be me but its a lil confusing as to who has been helped who is waiting on line). will always stop by when I'm in the area enjoy their bagels!
This place is the absolute worst. They never answer the phone (on a phone system that has been supposedly getting fixed for 2 years now). 9 out of the 10 times the order is wrong despite reading the order back and confirming it 3 times. COMPLETELY OVER PRICED. Imagine paying $14, after tax, for ham and Swiss on a croissant!!! Unbelievable. Legit the last time I order from the establishment. I try to support local but it?s hard to when they haven?t had a single order right over the past two years (8-10 orders).
Oh heavens does this place need some work! After trying to call for 20 minutes and being told to hold twice in the same phone call is absurd. Once my order was taken, I showed up 30 minutes after and I was told it was not made yet. They knew about my order, but somehow lost it! After sitting in the store for an extra 20 minutes and me approaching them, they said they were making it right now. I am in disbelief I was treated this way for a terrible service. I am never coming back here!

Stopped in on a Friday morning to grab a taylor ham, egg and cheese and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They were busy but not crazy busy. It's a Friday and people need to get to work. If it's going to take 20 minutes, at least have the courtesy to warn me there's a backup when I'm ordering so I can decide whether or not to wait. Once I've paid, I'm stuck.
Wow, just absolutely blown away. AMAZING BAGELS!! for those saying the price is a little expensive, compared to some other local bagel shops, it’s pretty average plus this is morristown, and comparing prices shows that this is pretty reasonably priced.
Decent spot to check out, got a few bagels along with our bagel sandwiches. Wouldn?t say they were the best, but they weren?t bad either. Do not get the coffee though, that was awful.
The best bagels in NJ!! The staff is so friendly and everything is just so yum, def give it a try if you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed!

Good lunch sandwiches, but this is a bagel place. Bagels are a plus! Crunchy outside and soft inside. Without toasting. Chocolate chip bagels!
