Didn't know if they were open this early but luckily, they have a weekend brunch menu. The brunch menu was not huge but it covered all the bases. I started with a Blood and Sand drink, first time having one. Excellent! A good alternative to a **** Mary. I got the BBQ pork eggs Benedict on Texas toast with homefried potatoes.my friend got the french toast with Honey butter. Both were excellent! The bbq pork was fall off the bone tender, the hollandaise sauce was smooth and creamy, the poached eggs were firm on the outside with a nice runny center and the Texas toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I 've been to BBQ Saloon many times for brunch dinner...But on Sunday, what caught my eye was nothing short of life changing.This handsome man behind the bar, wearing a sexy Hawaiian shirt made eye contact with me, poured me a Makers (without me asking), slid it down the bar into my hand. Between being in awe of his sexy Hawaiian shirt, slightly unbuttoned, chest hair showing, and sipping that glass of sweet ambrosia, I felt light headed.I asked his name he whispered Billy .Not sure how BBQ Saloon landed such a gem.He definitely portrayed the five 'P 's of world class service: pride, passion, preparation, professionalism and presentation.I 'll be back soon.
I will definitely be returning! First, I have to mention the incredible customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two friendly gentlemen who made me feel welcome. Now, let's talk about the food. The mac and cheese is absolutely amazing, and as a mac and cheese enthusiast, I can tell you it's incredibly creamy and delicious. I tried the brisket nachos for the first time and fell in love. I also had six ribs—three with dry rub and three fried (pre-smoked)—and all I can say is, wow! They were incredibly tender and smoky without any burnt flavor. I walked out of there last night with not a single complaint. I will definitely be back!

I never would have considered using Crown for an Old Fashioned, but the "A Kickin' Old Fashioned" truly lives up to its name. I absolutely loved the ribs. The pulled pork sliders were also quite impressive, although I experienced occasional bursts of salt, likely from their rub. My wife's BBQ pork quesadilla appeared slim, but she said it was quite filling, and the chipotle rub on the tortilla really enhanced its flavor. Behind the bar, they offered several other bourbons, a range of non-whiskey cocktails, and a solid selection of beers.
I had some time to waste near Barnes-Jewish hospital and came here for lunch. I had to try the candied bacon and the Filet Mignon sliders were calling my name. In an effort to be semi-healthy I got the Cole slaw too.Everything was wonderful. The candied bacon was the best I ever had. The Filet Mignon sliders were incredible. The meat was delicious and tender.You simply have to try the cole slaw. I'm not a fan of Greek yogurt or blueberries but it works in this dish. It's excellent Cole slaw.
Well that was disappointing. The nachos use gas station cheese that gets cold immediately.The pulled pork has no seasoning and was insanely greasy, but had no real sauce.The corn bread was dry.The slaw was inedible.Mac n cheese bites are good. Baked beans are decent. Fries are fine. The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Shame about the food.
Phil welcomed me at the door as if we were long-time friends. It was my first visit to BBQ Saloon, and I really enjoyed the barbecue pulled pork sliders—they were delicious! The flourless chocolate ganache torte was the perfect finishing touch... absolutely divine. Plus, the Old Fashioned cocktail was excellent as well! I also had a great time with the trivia.

We arrived at 9 PM, so only appetizers were available. The pulled pork nachos were incredible! The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food: 5/5.
