3 stars overall I'd have to say. First star reduction. Hostess at the front was rude. We already had a table reserved and were on the waiting list to be seated, as we were waiting outside it began to rain so naturally we came inside to wait, my friend had a baby with him and was told he could not wait inside and had to wait outside. Of course he got upset and told the hostess he wasn't going to wait in the rain with the baby. He asked for management who was nice enough to accommodate us by allowing us to wait inside away from the door. Second star reduction. I visited this restaurant with my family and had a fantastic experience. The food and dessert were outstanding. I highly recommend the Mongolian beef and the chocolate flourless cake; they were the best I've ever tasted. A special thanks to our waiter, Danny, for his excellent customer service. I will certainly return.
First and foremost it was so fresh in there and that's much appreciated with this heat. The service was great. They'd walk around and check in on us and if we needed refills. Just so attentive and very nice. The food was great we tried the mild and the medium and the spice levels were just right.
Been coming here for a while now but lately they are taking the yelp reservation way too far, making the walk in dinning experience a nightmare. They had 64 yelp reservations ahead of us! That’s crazy!!

Very pricey restaurant, the food it's not all that by that I mean no flavor , frozen crawfish not good. Unless you like seafood with no flavor and shell on everything so you can peel it this will be it.
Been coming here for years and a pound of shrimp with the whole shebang, medium spicy and extra juicy never disappoints. Also love the option of the online waitlist, so much more convenient. Thanks BC!
Service was not bad but seemed short staffed. We almost waited one hour and 45 min but within that wait we noticed empty tables that were not being used. The food was good overall but that wait...
I came 9 pm on saturday and the hostess said the kitchen is closed . But the restaurant closes 10 pm . So have one hour more . So disappointed.

You need to order the Whole Sha Bang sauce medium with extra sauce so delicious. And don't forget to get an ice cold Michelada!!
The shellfish is a little over cooked. Great flavor but a little salty. I'll still eat there over and over again.
