Solid food, but subpar customer service. First time at this location in several years and I probably won't be back. We used to go here all the time growing up, but once we moved to north Oakland we've been going to the Farmington hills location. On our most recent visit for Memorial Day, we had the rib tips starter, the chicken and ribs combo and my mom got the triple play. As usual a ton of value. The issues I had mainly stem from the fact the chicken was a bit on the burnt side compared to the Farmington hills location, the lack of green onion(boneyard staple) and the snappy waitress who acted like she couldn't be bothered to actually wait on us. Dine in ample quantities and served hot. I always take portion home for a snack as it reheats in the oven so much better than in microwave. BBQ Ribs are the best I've had anywhere else. I also like the shrimp which is large and lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. Service is always friendly and constantly checks to see if we need anything. The hostess, Justine, has been there for years and so welcoming with every visit. Good Temperature and lighting. Restaurant is clean and inviting. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is the use of a sweeper passing our table which stir dust off carpet. I've witnessed in other restaurants and I know there mean well but please not while we're eating.
Let's start with the patty melt with 2 deferent kinds of cheese meat extra tender the best patty melt I've tasted in Michigan the soft butter bread absolutely perfect I think I found my forever favorite lol this location is a must go and go now I also had the grilled shrimp on a stick with the green peppers and onions did not get a pic I ate it to fast lol it the shrimp had so much flavor packed in taste buds on overload I could eat them all day and yes it be a minute since I done a review it takes money people lol however don't walk run here with all your friends and family asap in love with this place

First time here and I think the ribs are amazing!! Finally a barbecue place that has ribs that are perfectly charged with the right amount of barbecue sauce. They are moist and so flavorful. The potatoes are delicious, and portions are huge! The coleslaw is delicious, it has the right amount of sweetness and carrot. The Greek side salad was also delicious. The owners here are very nice and very welcoming . Our waitress, Caitly, was very friendly and very efficient. She made us feel very welcome and was always there for us. I give them ten stars My favorite rib place in the US!
Stopped by again for dinner. Goldie was our server, it was a very busy Sunday night. Goldie was quick to get our drinks and take our order. We got our salads right away (try the house salad with ranch, so good! . Our food came out soon after we finished our salads. We ordered 3/4 slab of bbq ribs dinner and 1/2 bbq chicken dinner. Everything was delicious and Goldie kept our drinks full and kept checking on us. We will very back!
As always a meal at boneyard, barbecue is one of the best rib choice in the area. The wait staff is great and always pleasant to deal with. The ribs come out hot and fr the potatoes are always cooked the way we like. When my husband wants ribs. This is our go to place.
Used to love this place. Haven't been in awhile. Just went online to look at prices and the menu. If you're too embarrassed to show the prices online. I'm to embarrassed to pay them. Shame, we had a nice run. Used to be great ribs.

My husband and I ate there today. This was the worse food and food presentation I've ever seen. The chicken was dark brown to blacken. The ribs were touch. I'll never go there again!!!! sorry meant the ribs were tough
Loved the ribs and great sauce. Large portions! Fast, attentive service. Prices could be better.
