We visited this location after seeing an ad in the Lehigh Valley Style magazine for their pizza burger. The location is in downtown Bethlehem and offers inside and outdoor dining. We ordered the pizza burger and actually rate it a 3.5 out of 5 for a few reasons. The bun was not a garlic knot bun (as advertised), it could have had a bit more sauce (needed to order extra sauce and was charged for it) and also could use more cheese. The meat itself and fries were excellent. We also order a to go brick oven pizza pie which was good. The service was very good and will return to try other options.
Great outdoor seating with views of the Broad St. The indoor dining room is large and spacious. The service was quick and friendly. My antipasto salad was perfect, fresh and delicious. If you want a refreshing drink, try the Cucumber Basil, it was so good. Parking and garage around the corner.
Very nice atmosphere and nice staff. Very clean. The selection of gourmet pizzas is amazing. I never thought I'd enjoy a pizza with clams on it, but... acting! The Calzone and Stomboli are very good. Nice beer selection too. Outdoor seating a plus when warming up the temps
Give this review a thumb up if you also think that Brick has the best Margherita pizza in the valley! I love her pizza and other food. Always a good beer list. And a very personal owner.
