Highly disappointing brunch. First strike- our coffee didnât arrive until the food did minutes into the meal. Our server confessed hat it was his first time working brunch and couldnât answer many of our questions about the menu, but instead of trying harder/being attentive, he went on to make multiple errors in our order and not apologize/offer any discount as a result. Brought the wrong side dish for someone and then completely forgot another one. Not to mention the food was highly overpriced. My two egg, entirely vegetarian omelette was and came with approximate potatoes on the side. Iâd been here for happy hour before and it was decent, but wonât be coming back here anytime soon.
The Brixton is a favorite spot for lunch or dinner. It's got a diverse menu and great cocktails and wine selections. You can share a few small plates or indulge in one of the mains. The music is pretty loud so beware of that not so easy to have conversation if your party is more than 2 or 3 people who can lean in to talk. Seems to me that it tends to be louder at dinner than at lunch /brunch. I enjoy going there for lunch and having a bite to eat and doing some work as its one of the few places open all afternoon and they are nice about it if they're not too busy. Love their salads and the short ribs are awesome too.
Please get better! How I want to write a better review. Brixton is very convenient to where I live, they have an Impossible Burget, and it could be a great place to get a casual meal. Sadly, it is not. We ordered a regular burger and an Impossible Burger and both were wrong. The first time one did not include onions and cheese and when it was brought back, cold cheese was slapped on and a side of onions were in a plastic cup. When I brought it to the server again, she seemed annoyed. The other burger was overcooked. IF it is this hard with something so easy...
Second visit in to weeks. This place is feast or famine. First visit was a good time with decent food and a wonderful staff. Decided to go back and what a mistake. Restaurant and bar obviously understaffed. The waiter Jerry was in a miserable mood and the food was terrible. What appeared to be a manager was trying to help the waiters which resulted in the manger appearing to quit and walkout. Jerry said they lost their chef this week and the new chef does not know what they are doing.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food and drinks are top-notch with a 5/5 rating. The service is also excellent, earning another 5/5. The ambiance is inviting and comfortable, another 5/5. The Happy Hour deal is unbeatable with $3 sliders and $4 beer. The nachos and margaritas were fantastic as well. I'll definitely be back on Thursdays for their Happy Hour from 5pm until closing.
looking for a restaurant that we haven't tried yet, we're walking in brixton on Saturday morning. while it has a call as a go-to-sport bar on union st. we found them have a big breakfast menu to experiment. what we did and enjoyed.
Food was undercooked and plates were served incomplete. Fried chicken Benedict was made of undercooked chicken tenders. Beet salad chicken was cold and overcooked. Understaffed, overpriced.
My daughter celebrated her birthday here with friends and found this restaurant to be the perfection combination of: quality food, friendly service and great atmosphere!

The staff here are fantastic. I love the fries and the naked and famous mezcal cocktail at this restaurant.
Unfortunately, the waitress seemed like she came straight out of a zombie movie.
