We stopped by just after 6pm on a Sunday hoping to grab a late lunch. Despite the fact that the kitchen was closing at 6pm, the staff were very accommodating and we were able to order two drinks and two Sunday Roasts (Beef) for £23.95. We didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The plates were generously filled and everything was cooked perfectly, leaving us feeling very satisfied. The staff were all friendly and we even had a nice chat with the manager. This restaurant was a great find and we highly recommend it. We will definitely be returning!
We stopped by this restaurant last Sunday on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was inviting, with attentive and extremely friendly staff and owners. Lovely pub, dog friendly and the food was top notch. We had haddock chips and a curry all delicious and extremely reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly very helpful in trying to get us a taxi (apparently taxis are rare in Whitchurch) Would definitely recommend this pub. If I’m ever in this area again I will be calling again. Thanks to all the lovely staff locals
My wife and I along with our daughter in law and one of our grandchildren went to the bulls head after looking at the other reviews, we were not disappointed, everything from the welcome was fantastic. The food is home cooked and very tasty, the staff can't do enough for you, the atmosphere is great, a proper old English pub, not a chain. We will be going back again.

Sunday lunch with my parents. Lovely food here, very well priced and staff were very friendly. The gravy on the Sunday dinner has to be the best I’ve ever had, absolutely lovely. Pork roast dinner was lovely, for the price you get a lot of nice food. The pub itself has a very friendly, local atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. Definitely coming back!!!!!!!
My husband and I had a drink in the bar while staying in Whitchurch for a few days. We were so impressed with the friendly staff and the incredibly varied Menu that we decided to eat in 'The Bull 's Head ' the next night. We were not disappointed. Our meals were extremely tasty and very good value for money. I would recommend.
Five star excellent service brilliant Lunch home made food WOW. DON'T MISS IT OUT. Oldy world pub but fantastic. Sunday Dinners is only Sundays get their for 12pm as they fill up just after that but great food in the week will be going back on our journeys.
We were staying in whichurch and found this pub. The food was lovely and beautifully cooked. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A great place and wel, worth a visit if staying in Whichchurch

I had lunch with my father and aunt at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the customer service provided by the bar and wait staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.
