The burgers were amazing as always, however, service was disgraceful. Tables were not clean outside, staff member looked like he just woke up and the shift runner even did not know that Burger Joint does discount for students. In the end, I was told I could get a discount of 8% which I was confused about but could not be bothered to argue as I just wanted to leave the place where I was not made welcome. If I go back I would probably go to the North Street restaurant as despite being grumpy at least staff knows what they are doing there.
If your looking for the best burger in Bristol, this may be place your looking for. The burgers ate fully customisable, from the bun to the toppings and the choice of sides is great. There's a restaurant on North Street, and Whiteladys Road . Although the quality in both was great, the one on North Street, in my opinion, was the better of the 2. The onion rings at North Street are in a class of their own. I also felt the staff were more welcoming at the North Street branch
Called in to get a takeaway on the way home from a family holiday in Minehead, based on other reviews. Really excellent burgers and sides, can highly recommend the beef burgers which are succulent and have no unwanted additives. The gluten free buns taste just like ordinary buns and the hand cut chips are to die for too. Quite a large order for four of us but everything was spot on and exactly as ordered. Really impressive.
Great atmosphere, lovely and very attentive staff, wide food choices and delicious food. We have 2 veggies, one vegan and a meat eater in the family and all were satisfied! The staff were lovely. We went for an early tea with the kids so it was very well priced. I would absolutely 100% come here again.

Ordered once before and was lovely. Ordered today and it was disgusting, I was somehow missing the top of the bun to my burger, both burgers are cremated and cold. Took them over an hour to cook it and it came out like this. Do not recommend at all!
So disappointing. Ordered 3 burgers with Uber eats, normally really good service but this time sauces were missing for two burgers, topping missing for two burgers as well and the brioche rolls were stale. Awful meal that cost me a fortune
Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff what more could you ask for!! Never would have thought to have the Mac and cheese in a burger but would highly recommend
Brands itself as fancy but is by far the worst burger I’ve had in Bristol. No one I saw managed to finish their food and for good reason. Terrible quality.

Very nice burgers, be careful not to order to much wet filling tho as the bun won't handle it (I got a Brioche bun which may have been the problem).
