We had visited this location a couple of times previously, once in 2019 for a fabulous New Year's Eve dinner with family and another time since for a not so great experience. My husband and I were in the Schaumburg area on Sunday and decided to stop in for dinner at the bar. We were so happy we did! We have been regulars at the Rosemont location for many years, having hosted a special birthday celebration party in their board room, along with many other occasions. The dinner menu offers a wide variety of options and everything we have ordered has been outstanding. On this visit, we selected long time favorites Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail, Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Filet Mignon with Peppercorn...
We came to Capital Grille to celebrate a special occasion. This was truly an amazing dining experience. The entire staff did a remarkable job to make this a memorable night with some of the best food and service we've had. Our server Luis was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious with the Brussel Sprouts and cheese cake were my favs. Overall highly recommend this location especially to celebrate a special occasion.
This was a birthday and they had little decorations on the table and a wonderfully presented dessert for the birthday guest which was a nice touch and pleasant surprise thank you! Our wait staff was OUTSTANDING! Rita is absolutely fabulous and Angel was really good! All of our food was awesome as well. An excellent experience for a milestone birthday. THANKS!
As always, the service was exceptional—definitely an A+. However, this time the ambiance took a bit of a hit. Our anniversary dinner table was placed in a busy area with waitstaff and other guests frequently passing by and bumping into us. Foods great. Service though is very canned. Pleasant without personality. This was our first time there, and will visit again. But the wait staff need to drop the memorized banter and lighten up; have fun!
The food is so amazing! The service is beyond excellent. It's like having dinner with family. Everyone is so friendly and inviting! The perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful meal!!
Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Our server Rita could not have done more. The drinks appetizers main course and desert was perfection. Capital grille never disappoints.
