The service was excellent. Our waitress was super accommodating and checked on us very often. The menu is incredibly huge, we literally spent 20 minutes deciding what to get. This is both good and bad because you have lots of options to fit your mood,but the quality for some of the plates are not exceptional. For instance, one of our pastas tasted pretty bland. The Jamaicanshrimp plate was good and had some decent spice, but pretty inconsistent with some shrimps having shell pieces and otherswithout. Whichever plate you decide to go for, you should definitely finish off with a slice of cheesecake. The ultimate redvelvet cake slice is very good and can easily feed 4.
Superb quality of service by the team (from the lady welcoming us at the front counter, to the service staffs that attended our table), and special thanks to Jamal. He's been attentive from the very beginning and offered us a top-level service that everyrestaurant should have ! The restaurant has a great ambience, very cozy and chill. Food was amazing and tasty, which came inlarge portions, worth the money! We were very full with the mains that I did not even get to order the cheesecake that I camehere for.. Had a great experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. We went on a Friday evening and we were, surprisingly, seated immediately. The portions are obviously very generous but still affordable. The fried zucchini was delicious so i recommendedtrying it. Their ?mozzarella sticks? were also better than other places so definitely try them if you like mozzarellasticks. We tried the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake for the first time and it was delicious. Overall, the typicalCheesecake Factory experience once again did not disappoint :
Been a while since I been back in NYC and this Cheesecake Factory has been the far best out of all 4 I been to and did some reviews. The place sat us down within less than 5 minutes, waitress took a little longer but she was very attentive to us. Shebrought the food in a good amount of time out. I was please with this visit. The host was very cheerful and the customer servicewas amazing. I would most definitely coming back and recommending to others. Great food and a good amount of wait for it.

The service and the food was amazing.My waitress was Victoria N. ,she was so attentive and nice with my friend and me. They give you a lot of food, so if you are hungry this is a great place to go. Also even though we didn’t do a reservation before hand, we went to Cheesecake Factory and got a table! This was the first time that I visited that place, and it had officially become one of my favorite places I highly recommend the factory nachos ,corn tamales and buffalo chicken with blue cheese.
It was my first time to eat here. There was a 30-40-minute waiting time. You write when your table is ready. It was so delicious when we finally got our food. I ordered the New York steak with potato skinny and green beans. My friend ordered meat pigeon with potatoes and vegetables. Our appetizer was chicken quesadilla. To dessert, I had the carmel turtle cake. My friend ordered the Oreo dream extreme cheesecake. It's my mouthwater. I'm going back.
My friend and I came last night, Thursday, and sat right before dinner. Sylvester was our waiter and has made an enormous task to guide us through such a huge menu. We asked a lot of questions and he was there to answer them all, he was very patient and knowledgeable. The food was good and the cheese cake was better. Fantastic service was the icing on the cake
I'll go to me if I have my parents or friends in town. The food is always delicious at the point. The herbaceous salmon was amazing and so were the appetizers. Also the crispy ananash chicken and shrimp were delicious. But the chicken needed a little more searing. Overall great meal and great servers.

Delicious food and nice service. I love their famous bread and my favorite Cajun pasta and Chicken Madeira! They have good cocktails as well. Nice presentation with everything and of course save room for their famous cheescake.
Great ambiance and wide space. Food is also excellent Though it takes a while, probably 25-30mins before they serve our food.
