dont be fooled by the no frills vibe, this is authentic Cantonese food like from my childhood. the meat is fresh and savory and gets to show its original flavor, the whole dish comes out quick and sizzling hot (they also have great delivery practices), great to eat after workouts. the sea cucumber and abalone clay pot rice also has chicken and shiitake mushrooms in it. theres a bit smaller meat:rice ratio on the unagi one and a few veggies would be nice but its solid enough.the claypot rices ive tried are flavorful but not to the (nowadays common) point where stuff is saturated in heavy masking sauces. if there was a lot less rice and some more meat (and maybe some veg) id get it more often....

I can’t read the Chinese name of the place, but it does have the character meaning “king” in the name, and rightly so, because I have never had a more fragrant and savory bowl of rice than the one served here.We got an eel and sausage pot as well as an abalone and sea cucumber pot and both were amazing the eel and sausage were salty and paired perfectly with the rice, and the abalone and shiitake mushrooms were nice and snappy as well.If you let the rice sit in the clay pot for a while, it gets nice and crispy along the sides and adds extra texture. After I finished I wish I could’ve reversed time and ate another bowl. It’s a pity they don’t have this in Seattle where I’m from

Great experience! We came in around the time they opened up and ordered #2 and the taste and portion were beyond expectations! The portion was big enough to share and fill up 2 people. They also had soup that came with the meal. Maybe because it’s the beginning of the day, but the waiter was attentive and our food came out quickly. The bathroom was clean.

Very nice traditional Chinese rice pot don’t know how to translate) it’s basically rice with all kinds of different meat your choice) cooked together in a pot, the specialty is the sauce and meat juice will mixed with the rice and the part close to the pot is crispy.I also got a soup and it’s yummy. Not the best as in China, but in Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Fantastic place for chinese food. Excellent claypot rice, especially the pork and scallop rice. But to be honest the lotus leaf rice stole the show. Well marinated rice steamed in lotus leaf, locked in the flavor and taste. Lady boss and her son are also very helpful. Easy parking in front of restaurant is also a plus

I had a late lunch with friends, so the room was quiet and staff were friendly and attentive. It was my first encounter with claypot cooking, and the beef dish, which included other kinds of meat, wasn't exactly my favorite, but both my friends really enjoyed their dishes.

This place never fails to disappoint, whether eating there in person or ordering delivery. Large portions, very flavorful chicken, not overly crispy Claypot rice, all for a very affordable price per what you get.

Their clay pots have the crispy flavorful rice. Not as good as in Hong Kong, but probably the closest clay pot experience you can get here in the states. Huge portion sizes and under $25. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
