Firstly a massive thank you to all the staff for the fantastic service and Food! The staff have over achieved on service, gave myself and my guests the highest level of professional and charming approach to service that I have ever experienced at any Coffee clubs I have been too!(Weekly visitor) Had three meetings over the time I was a guest as I spent the best part of the day there and really wanted to reach out and thank the team personally. also very refreshing to see Barry (from a guess owner or manager) running around assiting the staff charming the guests, brilliant meeting spot! Sunday morning breaky. Great service!! Breaky with a 6yo, 4yo and 9 month old is not easy but good service helps. Food was great, coffee was great. Only complaint I have is that we have a disabled child and upon arrival the disabled car park was full with someone with no permit. I watched these two women with two children leave and there was no reason for them to park there. Then someone else parked there, again with no permit. It took me all my self control not to say anything. Perhaps more signage.
I visited this cafe today for coffee and lunch, and I was pleased with my experience. The coffee and food were both excellent, but what really stood out was the amazing service. As soon as I entered, the staff greeted me warmly. They provided a complimentary bottle of water and even offered me a magazine to read while I waited for my meal. It was refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service from everyone at the coffee club. Well done! As a cafe owner myself, I was truly impressed.
The service and food were fantastic! The pizza and chicken wings (the best I've ever had) were highlights, along with the kids' meal. Our servers, Sharon and Rebecca, were exceptional. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Taylah and Shellie, who provided excellent service. The food was delicious—I particularly enjoyed the Avocado Smash for breakfast along with my coffee. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent service by friendly helpful staff and served up with excellent food. I have travelled Australia and New Zealand and this coffee shop is the best bar none.
