No service with a smile and the BLT was woeful...it came on a very crisp, over toasted Panini roll, with slices of tomato and the bacon so crisp and old...obviously cooked well before the order, as the bacon was too tough to eat. The.. lettuce was a soggy mix. The chips were only warm and not hot. My husband had the shredded beef sandwich which also came on a Panini roll the same as my meal with some lettuce. His chips were also warm only. These meals and coffee and small milkshake cost worth the money.
It seems as though a Barista with curly hair has an attitude problem. seems as though thew whole world is on her shoulders. Makes the feeling of I don't want to be there as I feel unwelcomed. Its a pity as I thought the coffee...club controls negativity amongst the staff members. over all the food was good and the coffee was OK. But when you feel that why are you here for , you just don't want to be there again. You need to have this fixed Coffee Club.
We revisited the Batemans Bay Coffee Club after a long absence due to a disappointing experience a few years ago. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service which has improved significantly. We are not members but took away a form and will consider...joining up. We enjoyed the tiramisu slice and our coffee.
Called in for a coffee and snack recently and quite disappointed. We had been previously and had great coffee and lovely cakes and snacks. Not this time. Coffee was OK (not great) and cake was dry and stale. Hope they can do better next time....I suspect new owners have not got the hang of it yet.

Choice of Cafes in the Village Centre, Chose the Coffee Club abnd not disapoointed service and Food very good. seating inside comfortable and after orderingour lunch at counter the staff were excellent on their table service.
Such a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. Service was super friendly offering local knowledge to support our travels. Food was delicious and large quality. Would recommend to all to come here for breakfast.
Called in for a coffee and snack recently and very pleased. Great coffee (franchise's are often very ordinary, this is not), and really great light meals. This place also knows how to make good chips
Quick service, yummy food, large portions. All the things you’d expect from a coffee club franchise. Loved that we didn’t have to book and could just walk in with no wait, even on a rainy weekend.

We enjoyed breakfast hers during our stay, The specials are good value for money if you don't want a full on big breakfast. The decor is a bit tired looking.
Great Coffee food is a little expensive but it was ok to eat not the best place in the bay but still good. the chips are very nice.
