I took my grandson, Toby, to The Coffee Club at Browns Plains Village Square, where we received a warm welcome from Craig, who asked us what we would like to drink. I've visited many Coffee Clubs, but I believe this one has the friendliest staff! It was an extremely hot day, yet the management and staff were doing an amazing job caring for their customers while managing the heat. Thank you to this fantastic team for your dedication to serving your customers. I've noticed that this level of service encourages return visits. And to the chefs, I am truly impressed by your skills and ability to deliver meals quickly, even in such oppressive heat.
My wife and I have been to a few coffee clubs and were dissapointed it was so nice to come to Browns Plains Village coffee club and get exatly what you would expect amazing coffee and food that melts in your mouth. The customer service was nothing short of wonderful they pride them selves in being the best and I can confidently say they are doing so! If you are ever in the area don't go anywhere else but here for food and drinks you will not be dissapointed!!!
I dine here often, sometimes grabbing a coffee during the day others for special occasions and family gatherings or a simple breakky on the weekend. The service received is always to high standard, as is the food served! Sad to see the 1 star reviews that have been left recently! This is a fantastic place to enjoy excellent coffee and condiments. Our hostess, Rachel, was incredibly friendly and polite, greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome with her outstanding service. The food and service were outstanding. I especially loved the lamb shank and pork belly. Our waitress, Vee, provided exceptional service, making us feel like we were the only ones in the bustling restaurant. The service was quick, too. Thank you, Vee!
Love the staff here!! They make the best coffee and always made with love. It's wonderful to walk into a business and even though ur not a regular, they are genuine in their welcome! Keep up The great work team!!
We have eaten there every weekend for breakfast or lunch the last couple of years and had nothing but the best. I can honestly say they have been excellent.
