There was no Coopers wine which i wanted as. on checking, is vegan. There was no plant based chicken to have with the roast. The staff that greeted you were rude and the bar staff aloof and service was slow. The guy serving the food was lovely but obviously overworked and stressed. I nearly slipped over from a spillage as walked back to our table with my drink; sign was there but put in a position couldnt see it. Food was good though but wouldnt come again. Did not feel comfortable there at all. Totally unfriendly environment. Vegetarian options: Nothing for vegans even though this is advertised.
Lovely helpful staff. We had a newborn in a pram so they sat us in a quieter area away from the Carvery. Was the perfect space, near the disabled toilet and changing facilities. Clean and good food Kid-friendliness: Very relaxed and child friendly Wheelchair accessibility: There are two disabled spaces outside and access by ramp. The service and food was excellent. I had received an email from The Copperfield saying that I qualified for a 25% discount on our meals. Both my wife and I ordered the set menu for 2 courses but when paying, the lady said that this did not qualify for the discount. I'm not complaining just confused. Don't like the rough slab flooring in dining area and fact you have to go down steps from bar area to carvery counter or toilet. Especially for those with mobility issues.
