Food was good, very decent. Pricey though but maybe due to a mistake? I had two chippy teas last week one in tourist trap, hyper inflated Windermere and one here. This was somehow dearer by a couple of quid. I think we may have been mistakenly over charged, no worries if so, it happens. No cod only haddock. No Irish curry only Chinese. Yes it was busy Friday early teatime but is that not their busiest time? Said they were closed on Saturday so were running stock down or something. 6.5/10 would bob in again if passing but not especially, although I suspect I visited at a particularly busy time and usually I'd be giving higher mark. Very friendly staff.
delicious fish and chips! large portion (haddock.) crispy and fresh with delicious chips. very recommend the Irish curry sauce, very tasty and unique. the shop also sells halal meat options and a series of vegetarian options that are not seen in the rule in chip shops. highly recommended.
the owner of this wonderful shop was so beautiful and welcoming. she was very friendly and committed. the load was very clean, and the star of the show was the food absolutely fantastic, fresh fish perfectly cooked, but fill light and the chips were so fluffy and light. will be back soon!
since the move to Great Britain I have tried many different fish and chip shops. this turned out to be the quality of food and customer service is simply great! when I'm in the opposite and they are open, I'm sure to get some of their traditional fish and chips. delicious!

This charming little restaurant is nestled in a picturesque area of the city, surrounded by well-preserved historic homes and warehouses, with a lovely canal nearby. Both the exterior and interior exude a beautiful blend of character and warmth.
I visited for the first time since its renovation this year, and I must say, it looks stunning. The modern design, especially the glass front, really enhances its appeal. Although I didn't eat there, I did take a look at the dishes being served.
What a lovely chippy. Brilliant chips and gravy, salt and pepper quid was to die for. Brilliant customer service from a cheerful bubbly Bajan lady. I will be returning even if she did take the **** out of my cockney palate :
