This place has a lot of great reviews on Grubhub, so I had really high hopes that this would be my go-to breakfast place. I was beyond disappointed! The good: they have a digital way of placing an order. The bad: the estimated pick up times suck, and they don 't prepare the order the way you indicate in the order. The ugly: I watched the woman who readies the order for pick up touch: paperbags, a carton, several receipts, a stapler, her clothes, and the countertop ... all before putting her hands on a bagel (putting cream cheese on it and cutting it, and I 'm not talking fingertips). Had a very bad experience with the restaurant several months ago when I ordered breakfast through a 3rd party site. The owner, Peter, called me directly to ask if he could fix the situation. I get it, you want your customers to be happy and keep business coming through the door. We came to a solution, that I call the restaurant directly for future orders. And he asked that I call them back when we had additional needs. Wish I had a better experience. The young lady behind the register was flustered and confused, asked for more money to make it right, wasn't sure what pork sausage was. My wrap was fine, husband's breakfast sandwich was pretty sad for the price. He stated it was the worst breakfast sandwich he'd ever had sadly. No one else was waiting when we got there and our 2 little sandwiches took 30 mins. Perhaps they were doing uber eats orders but wow. At Bagels and Beans, their line can be out the door and you get served in 5 minutes in comparison. I don't think I'll be back.
My turkey and cheese on sliced bread was $10 What a rip off. I had to go to another deli after since I was still hungry. I asked for a half a sub, a whole wheat sub, not sliced bread. If they didn?t have whole wheat sub rolls they should?ve said so and not charged me double the price. Staff is very sweet. Dirty and old interior. Cracked paint. This deli is a small deli that is full of delicious food. There is always a good choice of soups, sandwiches, salads and specials. The staff are friendly and efficient. Always they have NJ Lottery. We love their Sloppy Joe's and specials. I love their potatoes with onions and peppers, bacon, chicken soup, tuna on white toast, and their delivery service is quick. My favorite specials have been their chicken pot pie, pot roast and Darryl Burger (topped with onion ring and BBQ sauce)
Stopped in here to get a sandwich for lunch at peak lunch rush hour, and was able to order and get my sandwich within about 7minutes! Staff was super friendly and efficient, they are also on GrubHub and they also deliver if you call them directly (highly recommend going direct to avoid the additional GH fees! Quick and convenient!
Ordered “the best burger in Union” but it tasted like a foot. It was more like a sausage patty than a burger. Good news is I like sausage and feet (just not together). Unfortunately the fries were soggy too. I just can’t go above 2 stars on this “best burger” place.

I just had a breakfast sandwich exactly the way I wanted it! Everything was so fresh and they were so friendly. If a great breakfast sandwiche is what you're looking for, this is your place!
