I am blown away at the quality of food of taste of food. I went for the first time halfway through my meal last night I already planned my next trip and articles on the menu. You could say how busy the place was, lines of to-go order were flying from the pick-up window, you could say the staff was in constant movement to get everything done with precision and incredibly friendly demeanor, although you could only see 2 or 3 of them through the windows, they ran rounds and Tiffany is one of the most pleasant people in the customer service industry that I started with almost a year since the pandemic. We stumbled on this when traveling in So Cal and became immediate fans. Super fun atmosphere is just the start. The Firebird sandwich had a juicy crunch and a perfect combination of flavors. They has multiple unique sauces for chicken and fries, we really liked the buffalo as well as the pineapple sauce, but try them all. We came here in party for the additional gluten free options, amazing fried chicken for those with gluten issues. The biscuits were tasty but with all the food we didn?t need the extra. This place might not be ideal for young parents who still crave the bar scene. They do have a full bar, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. The food is tasty, especially the pricey fried chicken. However, it just isn’t for me. That said, just because it's not my preference doesn't mean it deserves a bad review. They do provide a game to keep the kids entertained, which is a big plus. We ordered five pieces of fried chicken for $18, fancy fries topped with chicken for $12, and a double patty chicken sandwich for $14. With tax, our total came to $50, and that was without any drinks or alcohol.

The French Pommes were definitely the highlight of my meal. Cooked in chicken and duck fat, they were crispy and bursting with flavor. The rest of the food was good, and surprisingly, the place was busy even on a Tuesday night. On my second visit, I tried the fried chicken, along with the Pommes and Nuggets. Always eating love here, eating is phenomenal! All staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very remarkable when one of the guys brought my order to my car brought the pouring rain with a smile on his face and apologised me when I even got wet, which was super contemplative! I never had a bad experience with crack chop and our family will be a loyal customer. I'm big on the customer service experience, so I guess when I see it, it does or breaks the food experience. The service and food here are consistently excellent! I highly recommend trying the cocktails—they're absolutely delicious! The food is tasty and generally of high quality. My only suggestion is that the frying oil seems to get old at times and could be replaced more frequently. A shout-out to Megan and Vinny for being fantastic bartenders who provide outstanding service!
It seems expensive compared to other fast food chicken sandwich brands, but the quality and portion absolutely worth. The meat is juicy, thick and crispy. The sandwiches also come with a LOT by Veggies. I recommend fire bird or anything that comes with roasted chicken. The plunging area also has a bar and a chic decor!
I ordered the Firebird with Jalapeños and was blown away. It had good spices, but was not so spicy I wish it was. But then it sniffs me... still not too hot, but I have the tiny nose of the spices. The chicken sandwich was delicious! But the Pommes! Couldn't stop eating the fries! The season was perfect. Cruel on the outside, moist and soft in the middle. Cosy little spot with lots of fresh air flowing inside. Perfect for Kovid.
