Waited for an hour, they lost our order and tried to gaslight us for it. Had to call management for a while instead of just making the order from our receipt . Happened to three other customers, all had to argue for it. It’s just basic customer service folks, use some common sense. I was about to give up, go home hungry and issue a chargeback for credit fraud. Crepe itself was fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse.
Really surprised how much I loved this place. The crepe balls are delicious, seriously good. Not even in that kind of guilty pleasure way either, the ingredients tasted really high quality. Everything was perfect. I even had a lemonade and it was legitimately the best lemonade I’ve had in a long long time.
The love at first bite i got with nutella and strawberry, the mexican guy straight up gave me all chocolate nutella syrup with strawberries not like as shown in pictures. It was so oily. Either he ran out of nutella or he purposely gave me all syrup on purpose. Not coming back.
Offers Gelato Classico gelato from the distributor in Concord. Now that the storefront on Emerson St in Palo Alto is closed, I think this is the only location on the peninsula with this gelato! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was very good. Love that they have vegan options. Service was a bit slow and chaotic. Don't know that I'd stay here to eat but it's easy to takeout from.
Very good crepes, really expensive now days but the apple cinnamon is one of the best crepes I’ve had.
Acai bowl was huge! Crepes were top notch! They do NOT skim on the portion size.
