We live just up the road so this is our local chippy and we only ever take away although it should be noted you can sit in and I often see people doing this. I am not the world 's biggest chippy lover but we had these for tea the day we moved into our house and ever since then have both been hooked. We have even got fish/sausage and chips from here when we 've had family visiting and they 've agreed it is a great chippy. The curry sauces are delicious too! People often say to us you live near that great chippy so the place has a good reputation too.
There is a fish and chip shop located at the end of my street, and I have to admit that I never used to enjoy a fish and chip dinner until I tried this place. Even though my waistline may not appreciate it, I have to say that this place is worth the extra inch! Many people have mentioned to me that there is a fantastic fish and chip shop at the end of my street. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and the prices are quite reasonable.
Staff are really friendly. Always clean and tidy you can sit in to if you decide too. Reasonably priced and fab food. I would love to see a vegan option one day. But normally just have chips and peas or the staff are happy to give me bread with out butter if i have chippy butty. The best chippy in the area for sure.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The chips were delicious and the fish was perfectly fried and fresh. I would definitely recommend it. We got takeout, but there is also the option to dine in at the restaurant.
I really do love the crescent chippy, the staff are easy to make friends with. I really reccomend the cheesy chips and slushy. I am 12 years old and this truly, one of the best.
Fish cooked to order , very friendly staff. The fish is the best around flint . The braising steak and curry is cooked towards the weekend and again gorgeous
