What a gem we discovered! On our way back from Newark, we decided to stop in Southwell for a bite to eat, and we were not disappointed. The owners were lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with cozy log fires. The food was fantastic—you really get your money’s worth here with generous portions, and the prices were quite reasonable. We will definitely be returning more often! Price per person: £20–30.
